Fried Sweet Puffs

½ c. vegetable oil
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
¼ c. sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
Ground nutmeg

Heat the oil in a 10-inch frying pan over medium-high heat and fry tortillas one at a time, turning several times just until golden and bubbly; drain on paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and generously sprinkle both sides of each tortilla with the mixture. Cool, stack and serve.
