½ TEASPOON SALT
¼ CUP SUGAR
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
COMBINE ½ CUP OATMEAL WITH ¾ CUP BOILING WATER AND ADD 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED APPLE. STIR AND LET STAND FOR 2 MINUTES. FOR THICKER OATMEAL, USE LESS WATER; FOR THINNER OATMEAL, USE MORE WATER.
