IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, MIXING WELL TO ENSURE THE INGREDIENTS ARE COMPLETELY INCORPORATED. DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO 4 MASON JARS, ZIP-CLOSE BAGS OR VACUUM SEAL BAGS, (3 CUPS OF MIX PER PACKAGE).
3 GRAIN MUFFINS:
1 PKG 3 GRAIN MUFFIN MIX (SEE RECIPE ABOVE)
1/2 CUP OIL
1/2 C. SWEETENER (HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP)
1 CUP FRUIT OR VEGETABLE PUREE (PINEAPPLE, APPLE, CARROT, ZUCCHINI, SWEET POTATO, BANANA, BERRIES OR APPLE SAUCE)
1/2 TO 1 CUP MILK
1 TO 2 EGG(S)
1/2 TO 1 CUP NUTS, RAISINS, SEEDS OR OTHER DRIED FRUIT
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS. DO NOT OVERMIX. TRANSFER INTO LIGHTLY GREASED MUFFIN TINS AND THEN BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINUTES.
