Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups cut up cooked chicken

2 cups thinly sliced celery

1 cup croutons

1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

½ cup chopped or slivered almonds, toasted

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons instant minced onion

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese

1 cup crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 450⁰.  Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.  Spoon into 6 ungreased 1-cup baking dishes.  Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.  Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
