2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon each dried basil, oregano and thyme
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
6 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
In a bowl, combine oil and seasonings. Add potato wedges and stir to coat. Arrange in a single layer in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until potatoes are crisp-tender.
