White wine with honey and sage

1 liter of white wine
130 g of honey
8 to 11 fresh sage leaves.

(Recipe from a bottle of white wine:

750 g of wine + 100 g of honey + 6 to 9 sage leaves).

Heat a small portion of the wine with the honey and finely chopped sage. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes to 1/4 hour (covered). Mix with the rest of the wine and leave to cool for 24 hours.
Filter and store in a cool place.
Serve decanted (the wine is clear) or not (the wine is cloudy).
