4 smoked sausages (approximately 700 g)
1.1 kg of tart apples
340 g of onions
40 g of butter
3 level tablespoons of sugar (30 g maximum)
200 g of wine red
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
a little salt.
Brown the sausages in butter (reserve), then brown the onions in slices (reserve), and then the apples in pieces (all 1/4 hour). Place sausages, apples, onions in a pot with the wine, sugar, salt and spices. Cook covered (1/2 hour).
