1 pound butterscotch chips 3 tablespoons water ¾ cup marshmallow crème Dipping chocolate Melt butterscotch chips over hot, not boiling, water.  Add water and marshmallow crème.  Beat until thoroughly mixed, then allow to stand until mixture is slightly firm.  Form into ¾ -inch balls and let stand 1 hour.  Dip in chocolate.
