Mocha Walnut Brownies

1 (18.3  oz.) pkg. Chewy fudge brownie mix

3 eggs

½ cup oil

2 tbsp. Instant coffee powder

½ cup chopped walnuts

Confectioners’ sugar

Heat oven to 325 degrees.  Line a 9-inch square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2 inches; coat with cooking spray.  With a spoon, stir together brownie mix, eggs, oil, ¼ cup water and coffee powder until blended and smooth.  Transfer batter to pan.  Bake until a toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean, 25-27 minutes.  Cool 20 min.  Using foil, lift from pan to rack.  Cut brownie into squares, dust with confectioners’ sugar.
