Orange Sodas

In each of 5 tall glasses, place 2 scoops orange sherbet.  Pour in chilled carbonated orange beverage to fill glasses.

Iced Coffee

Prepare medium coffee (2 level tablespoons ground coffee to 3/4 cup water); cool. Pour into divided freezer trays; freeze. To serve, pour freshly brewed coffee over coffee cubes in tall glass.

Double-Lime Punch

½ pint lime sherbet, softened 1 can (6 oz.) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 2 bottles (7 oz. each) ginger ale, chilled 2 cups water In punch bowl, stir together all ingredients.  Serve in punch cups.

Chocolate-Peppermint Sodas

For each soda, place 2-3 tablespoons chocolate syrup in tall glass.  Fill glass ½ full with chilled club soda, ginger ale or carbonated lemon-lime beverage.  Add 2 scoops peppermint ice cream, stirring after each addition. Fill glass with beverage.  Serve soda with large marshmallow and red maraschino cherry on straw.
