Who Am I???

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Matt Netherland, and I am a great student and admirer of the culinary arts. I have been cooking for the past 25 years and baking for nearly 10. I am also an avid recipe collector as you will clearly see on this site. I have compiled over 1000 cookbooks in my journey to collect great recipes, of which you will be able to share here. There is also the great internet, of which the supply of recipes is limitless. I have also provided a section dedicated to the great celebrity chefs from around the world. Through their eyes, we can learn to be the masters of our own kitchens as we explore this great realm together.
