1 c. sour cream
1 box frozen spinach
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
Cook the spinach in the microwave as directed on the package. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and place in the refrigerator. Place the spinach in a colander and rinse under cool water, squeezing out all the excess water. Stir spinach into dip mixture and refrigerate 30 minutes prior to serving.
