½ head cabbage, coarsely chopped
½ lb. Velveeta cheese
¼ cup milk
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp. salt. Add cabbage and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender crisp. Dice cheese and place it along with milk in a glass measuring cup and cook in the microwave until melted. Drain cabbage and serve sauce over cabbage.
