Sour Cream Coffee Cake

½ cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups cake flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup dairy sour cream

Filling (below)

Filling:

Mix ¼ cup packed brown sugar, ½ cup chopped nuts and 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon.

Heat oven to 350°.  Grease 12-cup bundt cake pan.  Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large mixer bowl.  Beat 2 minutes medium speed.  Mix in flour, baking powder and baking soda alternately with sour cream.  Pour into the pan, alternating layers of batter and Filling.  Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.  Serve warm.
