½ cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs; stir in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk; beat well. Grease and flour cake pan well and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
