4 eggs
1 cup sugar
¾ cup flour
2 tablespoons orange juice
½ teaspoon orange extract
Zest of 1 orange
Preheat the oven to 350°. Beat the eggs with a rotary beater until they are light and lemon colored. Add the sugar gradually. Sift into this the flour and continue beating until all are mixed. Add the orange juice, orange extract and orange zest; pour into a sponge cake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
