2 cups flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
Preheat the oven to 400°. Whisk together flour, salt and sugar. Cut in butter using a pastry blender. In a separate bowl, beat eggs slightly and add sour cream. combine this with the flour mixture. Dissolve the baking soda in the water and add to the batter. Roll lightly into 2 round sheets. Place on pie pans or large cookie sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes.
