Buttermilk Coffee Cake

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

1 cup butter

2 eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Blend sugar, flour and butter until fine crumb texture, reserve 1 cup of this for the topping.  To remaining crumbs, add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla; beat until smooth.  Pour into 3 buttered pie pans.  Sprinkle reserved crumb topping over the top.  Sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
