Carrot Bread

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

2/3 cup oil

1 ½ cups flour

¾ teaspoon cinnamon

¾ teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup grated carrots

Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.  Sift dry ingredients and mix with egg mixture, add carrots.  Bake in greased loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 55 minutes.
