Biscuit Fan Tans

Heat oven to 450°. Stir 2 cups Bisquick baking mix and 1/2 cup cold water to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board; knead 5 times. Roll 1/4-inch thick. Spread 2 tablespoons soft butter over half the dough; fold over and spread 2 tablespoons soft butter over half the dough. Fold in half; roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter. Place 2 biscuits cut sides up in each ungreased muffin cup. Bake about 10 minutes.
