2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl; set aside. Beat peanut butter, butter and brown sugar together in a large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Blend in corn syrup, eggs and vanilla. Reduce mixer speed; beat in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread into an ungreased 9×13-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
