Chocolate Chunk Blondies

¾ cup butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup coarsely chopped nuts

1 ¾ cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks

Heat oven to 350°.  Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.  In a large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy.  Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture.  Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks; spread into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.  Cut into bars.
