Sour Cream Raisin Bars

CRUST:

1 c. brown sugar

1 3/4 c. oatmeal

1 tsp. soda

1 c. butter

1 3/4 c. flour

1/2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

2 c. raisins

1 c. sugar

3 eggs, slightly beaten

2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix filling ingredients thoroughly. Cook together until thick. Use low heat. Cool. Mix crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half crust mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan (greased and floured). Add filling and top with remainder of crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
