1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (18 oz.) peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. milk
2 sticks margarine
2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar roasted peanuts
Melt together peanut butter and chocolate and butterscotch chips. Reserve 2 1/4 cups of the mixture. Pour rest in buttered jelly roll pan and chill. In a large saucepan, mix pudding milk and margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add flavoring, stir in powdered sugar, put on top of chocolate mixture in pan. Mix peanuts in reserved chocolate and spread on top of second layer. Chill until set.
