2 cups sugar

¼ cup cocoa

½ cup milk

½ cup butter

¼ cup peanut butter

3 ½ cups oatmeal

1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan and boil for 1 minute.  Remove from heat and add last 3 ingredients. Stir and pour into a greased 9×13-inch cake pan.  Let cool, then cut into squares.
